Join me at the AOY Art Center - Artists of Yardley, on the historic Paterson Farm or a morning of discovery.

I invite you into a gentle, restorative space where stitching becomes a meditative practice of presence, reflection, and connection. Rooted in ancient handwork traditions and the practice of our ancestors, slow stitching honors process over perfection, rhythm over result.

Together, we will engage in simple hand-stitching with natural and vintage materials, guided by prompts, memory, and breath. The workshop includes poetry, guided meditation, and moments of silence to support inward listening. You will be invited to stitch stories, feelings, or prayers into cloth, with optional additions of found objects, words, or symbols.

No sewing experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down, breathe deeply, and create from the heart. All materials are provided.
